Silhouette Studio® V4 | Chapter 10 - Print & Cut
83
When your job is ready, you may print it by accessing the Print option.
Once printed, it is important to remember not to make any further adjustments to the document as it appears on your screen. If any objects are moved and the location of printed or cut information is altered, you will need to re-print your document. To use the Silhouette’s Automatic Registration Mark Reading feature, set up your job as directed in the previous section. If you have registration marks on your page in the design screen, your machine will know to detect them when you send your job to cut. The Silhouette’s optic scanner will then locate the marks for you. Once all marks are successfully detected, the Silhouette will cut the defined lines around your printed image. As previously noted, Silhouette Studio® allows you to fill any image with fill colors, gradients, and patterns. Though Silhouette does offer premade special Print & Cut images that are designed to only have print information inside and a cut edge around the outside of the image, literally any image can be turned into a Print & Cut image by using the tools provided in Silhouette Studio®.
