SECTION 1 9 – ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT In accordance with Article 15 of the Association’s CC&Rs, it is the obligation of each owner, lessee, licensee, guest, resident, and occupant to comply with the provisions of the Association’s Governing Documents, including these Rules & Regulations.
Failure to comply with any of these rules shall be grounds for enforcement action by the Association, as set forth in the Association’s Enforcement Policy.
Enforcement of these rules will be administered by the General Manager, his designee and/or Security staff.
