Paddlewheel Riverboat & Durant-Peterson House  NEW AGES 21 AND UP St. Charles, IL Start with a 1.5 hour private charter paddlewheel boat ride down a quiet and peaceful section of the Fox River. Learn about the history of the St. Charles area. Lunch on board will be served on the lower deck. Bagged lunch choices are a ham sub sandwich or turkey sub sandwich with chips, cookies and a drink. If you have dietary restrictions, please choose the applicable option during registration. Although there are nice views from the lower level and bow, head to the upper deck after lunch (12-15 steps) for a more expansive view. Visit the 1843 Durant-Peterson House museum. Docents dressed in period clothing will bring the group back in time to experience what life was like living on the Illinois Prairie in the late 1800s. Partake in an heirloom apple sampling. Learn the history of apples around the world and how apples became a vital part of pioneer life. There will be a variety of heirloom apples to taste and compare. On Your Feet!  NEW AGES 21 AND UP Drury Lane Theatre, Oakbrook Terrace REGISTRATION IN PROGRESS Based on the inspiring true story of Grammy- winning music producers Emilio and Gloria Estefan, On Your Feet! chronicles their journey from humble immigrant beginnings to international superstardom, overcoming numerous obstacles to become a global sensation. Songs include “Conga,” “Rhythm is Gonna Get You” and “1-2-3.” Lunch choices are Roasted Salmon or Grilled Chicken Breast. If needed, please request a vegetarian, gluten-free or vegan option. South Pacific  NEW AGES 21 AND UP Paramount Theatre, Aurora

Set in a tropical paradise with warm sea breezes, breathless sunsets and B-29 Bombers, South Pacific is an uplifting musical tale that follows World War II Armed Services personnel Ensign Nellie Forbush and Lt. Joseph Cable through spy missions, war-time drama and romance. Balancing duties to their country with their island expectations, they each find themselves irresistibly falling in love on foreign soil. But will that love translate back to the States? Featuring some of Broadway’s most memorable showtunes from Rogers and Hammerstein including “Some Enchanted Evening,” “I’m Gonna Wash That Man Right Outa My Hair” and of course “Bali Ha’i.” Lunch includes a hot entrée, hot vegetable, potatoes or rice, salad, rolls, dessert and beverage.
