Code Ninjas: STEM Climate Engineers • AGES 8-12 In this hands-on engineering and coding adventure, Ninjas explore real environmental challenges and learn how technology can help create solutions that make a difference. Using the Forward Education Climate Action Kit, powered by a micro:bit microcontroller, Ninjas build and test projects using motors, sensors and code. Build a mini wind turbine to explore renewable energy, program a small autonomous vehicle to detect signs of wildfire and use soil sensors to monitor compost conditions and food waste. Along the way, practice creativity, critical thinking and interactive problem solving, just like real engineers and environmental scientists.
