Semen testing and ultrasound completed by Stuart Veterinary Clinic. Bull Guarantee: Unless otherwise noted, all breeding age bulls have passed a breeding soundness exam prior to pickup/ delivery. In addition to the standard Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association, we will provide the first breeding season (90-day period immediately following turn out) guarantee on all bulls. This guarantee is not an insurance or mortality policy, but a guarantee of functional fertility. It is not a substitute or replacement for poor management. Buyer assumes all risks for injury due to running bulls together or management decisions outside genetic control. For the guarantee to apply, we ask that you contact us as soon as a condition is observed and before the animal is sold. We will work with you to determine whether the animal is returned or sold for slaughter. We will attempt to provide a suitable replacement. If one cannot be provided of equal or greater value, we will issue a sale credit to be used in a future sale for the full purchase price less the salvage value of the animal. Liability: All persons attending to view the cattle do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise, for their safety or the behavior of the animals. Delivery: Free delivery on all bulls within 200-mile radius of Rushford, MN. Free delivery will begin around March 16th and finish around April 5th. Any bulls left past April 5, 2026 will incur a $4/day feed charge. Females must be picked up within a couple days of the sale. In the event you have a further distance, we can assist in the coordination of your animals delivery. It is recommended that insurance be purchased on all animals staying with OIAN Angus after the sale as accidents can happen at any time. Terms: Terms of the sale are cash or check upon conclusion of the sale. Cattle will sell under the terms and conditions suggested by the American Angus Association.
