Additional Terms and Conditions as Provided by Evenson Angus
GUARANTEE: Bulls have not been fertility tested but are guaranteed to pass a fertility test. We will guarantee bulls for injury through the first breeding season, which ends on September 1 st in the year of purchase, on all bulls which sell for $3,000.00 or more. If a problem occurs we will give you a suitable replacement or you will receive full credit, minus the salvage value of the original bull towards another purchase in next year’s sale. Injury resulting in death of the bull will not be the responsibility of Evenson Angus Ranch. This is an insurable risk that the purchaser can obtain coverage for through various livestock insurers.

GENETIC DEFECTS: All registered cattle in this sale have been tested free of the AM, NH and CA genetic defects by pedigree or DNA test. LIABILITY: Evenson Angus does not assume any liability in case of accidents.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Terms of the sale are cash.
All animals will sell fully guaranteed according to the terms and conditions of the American Angus Association. Statements made sale day take precedence over printed information.
FREE DELIVERY (BULLS ONLY) UP TO 250 MILES — Elsewhere actual cost. $75 discount per bull if you haul your own on sale day.
WINTERING: Wintering arrangements can be made on all bulls at $2.50 per day. Bulls will be handled as if they were our own but are the property of the buyer immediately after the sale. We encourage you to insure your bulls against any possible losses. Bulls that are wintered by Evenson Angus are to be picked up at the ranch by May 15 th . If you agree with our wintering program, please sign and give this slip to the clerk.
