SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1) All cattle will sell under the terms and conditions adopted by the American Simmental & Angus Associations. 2) We guarantee our cattle to be breeders but reserve the right to test any animal that may be returned to us as a non-breeder for one hundred eighty (180) days before making an adjustment. Cattle will be returned at the buyer's expense, and if declared a sound breeder by a competent veterinarian the cattle will be returned to the buyer's ranch at the buyer's expense. In case an adjustment is required, we will provide you a credit equal to the bull's purchase price minus the salvage value. 3) Any death or injury after the animal is sold is at the buyer's risk. 4) Anyone attending this sale attends at their own risk. Thyen Simmentals, Solsaa Angus, or any of the sale force will not be held responsible for any personal injury while attending this sale. 5) All sale day announcements from block take precedence over catalog.
