STRONG RESULTS MARK 2025 YEAR OF GROWTH, CONNECTIONS AND NEW ADVANCES Air Serbia continued connecting Serbia with the rest of the world in 2025, relying on steady growth, a strong destination network and a dedicated team of employees T he Sebrian national airline reached a historic milestone at the end of December 2025, by carrying more than 4.57 million passengers and thus breaking the record set by its predecessor, JAT, back in 1987. An increased number of flights, improved operational indicators and destination network expansion served to further confirm Air Serbia’s long-term strategy of growth and reliability. Air Serbia operated a total of 48,925 flights over the previous year, an increase of 4% compared to 2024, while the average load factor on scheduled flights reached 78%, marking an increase of 2.5% compared to the previous year. The Air Serbia fleet comprised 29 aircraft in 2025, while its network consisted of a total of 103 routes – 90 scheduled and 13 charter routes. Throughout the year, Air Serbia flew to destinations in 34 countries across four continents: Europe, Asia, and North America, via scheduled flights, and Africa via charter flights. The Serbian flagcarrier is continuing to expand its business and tourism opportunities in 2026, with the introduction of seven new destinations, thus confirming the company’s position as a reliable and innovative airline. Last year saw passengers most frequently choose destinations that combine business, tourism, and leisure. The 15 most popular Air Serbia destinations in 2025 were Tivat, Podgorica, Paris, Zurich,

Istanbul, Larnaca, Athens, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Milan, London, Vienna, Rome, Amsterdam and Ljubljana. These cities reflect passenger interest in European capitals and popular holiday spots, while the importance of long-haul and business destinations continues to grow. The development of human resources remained the airline’s main focus in 2025. Over the course of the year, Air Serbia hired 253 new colleagues – including 139 men and 114 women – and granted a total of 184 internal promotions. It is important to highlight that the majority of promotions were in operational positions within transportation, where men are

predominantly represented due to the physical nature of the roles. Excluding these promotions, there were 119 internal promotions in which women comprised the majority – 73, compared to 46 men – and therefore demonstrated the company’s continued progress when it comes to promoting gender equality. Air Serbia also received notable international recognition during 2025, further strengthening its position on the global aviation map. In the prestigious annual ranking of the world’s best airlines, the World Airline Awards, which has been organised by renowned UK portal Skytrax for over 25 years and is based

exclusively on the ratings and experiences of passengers from around the world, Air Serbia ranked among the top three regional airlines in Europe and the top 100 worldwide for the first time. Moreover, a survey conducted by Global Traveler, a U.S.-based magazine specialising in the needs and habits of business travellers, declared Air Serbia the best airline in Eastern Europe, once again testifying to the quality of its service and the growing recognition of the Air Serbia brand on the international market.
