IOREBA to host Fall Kick-Off Event on Thursday, October 16th in Iselin, NJ “The Wave of Industrial Speculative Development and Investment in Central / Northern New Jersey” East Brunswick, NJ—The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the NewYork MetropolitanArea (IOREBA) announced it will host its Fall Kick-Off Event, The Wave of Industrial Speculative De- velopment and Investment in Central / Northern New Jersey , on Thursday, October 16th at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin, NJ. Featured speakers at the highly anticipated event include industrial real estate specialists from some of the leading firms in the Metropolitan area including: Alec Taylor , partner at Matrix Development Group ; Jeff Milanaik , principal, Bridge Development Partners, LLC ; Greg Rogerson , principal, J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc .; and David Iacobucci , managing director, Woodmont Industrial Partners . “We have assembled a panel of some of the most successful and savvy industrial specialists that our area has to offer, and we look forward to them helping us kick-off IOREBA’s 2014-15 series of events,” said Adam Silver , 2014-2015 president of IOREBA and managing director of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank . “We’re seeing a trend of specula- tive industrial development and investment in the Central and Northern portions of the state, and I look forward to hearing the views of these industry veterans as to why, and the state of the market, as well as the opportunity to network with colleagues and friends,” Silver added. IOREBA’s “Kick-off Event” will begin at 5:00 p.m. with an open bar, serving stations and hors d’oeuvre to 6:30 p.m., followed by the panel presentation. Registration for the event is $80 for members and $110 for non-members.
