PernaFrederick arranges sale of apartment properties to Camso Properties for $1.85m

HILADELPHIA, PA — Acting as the sole agent, PernaFreder- ick Commercial Real Es- tate has negotiated the sale of three multi-unit apartment properties at 421 South 8th St., 322 and 330 South 15th St. to Camso Properties for $1,850,000.
