Pleasant Hill Farms GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all breeding cattle sold by Pleasant Hill Farms are fertile to the best of our knowledge. Each bull has passed a Breeding Soundness Evaluation. In the event of a problem, the buyer is responsible to return the bull to Pleasant Hill Farms. If the bull does not respond as a satisfactory breeder, the buyer will have the option of a satisfactory replacement (if available), or the issue of a credit equal to the bull’s purchase price minus the salvage value received for that bull. All credit is good for one year from the sale date. We simply ask that you contact us concerning any issues. This is not a life insurance policy. We will not guarantee bulls that are run in multiple sire groups. We will not replace a dead animal if it is killed or dies for any reason. We expect normal care to be exercised toward these animals and that particularly the yearling bulls not be allowed to get too thin. This guarantee is in addition to the Suggested Sale Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association and the American Simmental Association, which also apply.
Buyers unable to attend the sale may bid online with CCI or DVAuctions or may send their bids to the Field Representatives or Ringmen, the Auctioneer, Pleasant Hill Farms or any of the folks associated with the sale. Bids will be handled with the strictest of confidentiality. Bid ONLINE
Semen INTEREST IN THE BULLS
Every bull selling will be owned 100% by its new owner(s) unless documented in the footnotes or announced on sale day. Sale day announcements and information updates on sale day will take precedent.
