*Rebate bonus is calculated from the rebate amount. Example: If your rebate is $750, your rebate bonus will be $112.50 ($750 x 15%). Added together, your total rebate will be $862.50.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
• Products must be purchased from an authorized PBI-Gordon distributor between September 1, 2023 and December 1, 2023. • Eligible orders need to be placed by December 1, 2023 and invoiced by December 15, 2023. • All transactions need to be reported by distributors by January 31, 2024. • This program applies only to quali ed end-user professionals in golf, lawn care, sports turf, schools, sod farms, and other turf management areas. Distributor sales to dealers do not qualify for this end-user rebate. • Quali cations include: ° Minimum quantity must be purchased within program parameters to be eligible. ° End-user registration must be completed by December 15, 2023 ° A minimum rebate of $200 must be earned by the participating end-user to qualify. • Rebates will be paid by July 31, 2024. • Program calculations will be completed at the sole discretion of PBI-Gordon. Orders invoiced and shipped to end-users are subject to veri cation. • If variances occur, payment reconciliation may be necessary. All reconciliation requests must be submitted with supporting documentation no later than September 30, 2024.
• Pricing and payment terms for listed products are determined by the distributor. • PBI-Gordon reserves the right to audit, modify, or terminate this program at any time.

1) Returning participant? You will be automatically enrolled if you’ve registered online in previous PBI-Gordon EOP program years. 2) New this year? Complete the online form at PBIGordonTurf.com/GreenDividendsEOP 3) Registration must be completed by December 15, 2023. 4) Not sure if you’re enrolled or would like to verify your information? Complete the online form at PBIGordonTurf.com/GreenDividendsEOP 5) PBI-Gordon will not pay rebates on returned inventory. Orders invoiced and shipped to end-users are subject to veri cation. 6) End-user purchases for this program are reported through EDI through the distributor. 7) Preferred payment method may be selected and updated via the online form. Distributor credits will be issued as default.
