If you are like most small business owners, you can feel like you are spinning your wheels and not making any progress in the best of times. Just as you feel like you are getting ahead and have a path towards your goal, something like COVID-19 happens and you need to rethink and adjust your strategy. Sometimes you may lose confidence in your product, your business, and your even your own abilities. Well, you are not alone, it happens to us all and it is normal to feel this way sometimes. However, in saying that, it’s
important not to stay there very long and let it affect you long term, you need to refocus and keep moving forward even if it is only baby steps as first. Here are some tips that we have heard from the hundreds of entrepreneurs that we have spoken with over the year to help you get back in gear and focus on the future. Anyone that tells you differently is not being true to you or themselves. We all have days as an entrepreneur (I know I certainly do) when we wonder why we’ve chosen the entrepreneur route in the first place. When times get tough like we have seen over the past 10 months, it sometimes seems that life would be a lot easier to go work for someone else – check in at 9, check out at 5, and not have to worry about the many issues that come up daily when running your own business.
