Ask for advice and take it - Yes, as an entrepre- neur you are in charge of your own destiny, but you do not have to do it alone. There are others business owners and entrepreneurs, many of the ones that we have featured in the magazine, that have gone through the same challenges that you face everyday and they have successfully made it through to the other side. So, do not be afraid to ask for their advice and they are most likely willing to share it, but remember you must pay it forward and share best practices with others also it is not a one-way street. The Spotlight on Business brand was built on this very concept, giving small business owners
a platform for sharing their trials and tribulations and how they were able to overcome obstacles to create successful brands and keep them suc- cessful and growing. Business owners that we feature will be the first to tell you that there is no secret sauce, no one ingredient, no one trick they had up their sleeve that was the reason for their success. What they will tell you is that it was their desire to move forward and offer the best product or services to their customers regardless of who they are that has kept them pushing forward regardless of their setbacks. They have the drive it was just whether they were going to use it to build
someone else’s brand or to build their own. Entrepreneurs chose to build their own brands and for that we salute them and why we are happy to spotlight their businesses, services and brand.
