We created one structure, one partnership, with one main action. Take for example the corporate social side as well - the logistics department returned two weeks ago from renovating the Sahi Lod warehouse. They enjoyed both their physical contribution and also felt that they had a bonding day, telling me “It was an awesome time". From our point of view, this is a multi-year plan in which all parties benefit. What are the next steps, in your opinion? From our point of view, if this project will remain forever in the Shlomo Group - we have done our part. It's not an annual project, it's a mission. Our shared mission, among our management and our employees. That is how we see it. There may be some tweaks here and there, but this is really our mission in life. The ability to manage such a thing is a very difficult and intensive operation, but one that gives great satisfaction .
