What research did you do about the Awards/ application process? We looked at previous winners online and researched how they found the process and the USPs of their businesses. One of the main things we did was attend an application masterclass which was organised by the West Midlands Lord Lieutenancy for businesses.
What made Shelforce apply for a King’s Award?
After being named Business of the Year at the Greater Birmingham Chamber awards in 2021, we were identified as an exemplary UK business by the West Midlands Lieutenancy, and they encouraged us to apply for the King’s Awards as the area was underrepresented.
