Heraeus Electro-Nite (UK) has achieved a King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade for the development and global roll out of its revolutionary technology for the continuous measurement of steel temperature in the continuous casting process. Employing 72 people, the company was founded in 1989. It is part of the Heraeus Group, a globally-leading family-owned technology company, headquartered in Hanau, Germany. Heraeus Electro-Nite (UK) is the market leader for the development and supply of sensors for continuous temperature measurement of molten steel in the continuous steel casting process. It
