Even so come, Lord Jesus!” And He will come quickly; for with Him a thousand years are as a day. It is only two days with Him. With the Church it has been nine teen long and weary centuries. But His promise is sure. HE W IL L COME! The Times of the Gentiles commence with Nebuchad nezzar, and close with the Stone falling on the feet of the Image, the coming of Christ as “King of kings” (Rev. 19). The fulness of the Gentiles will come in when the Church is raptured. Then Israel will come into blessing. “The Time of the end” is the 70th week connected with Daniel’s people. It is not connected with the Church. Is Mussolini the Anti-Christ? Certainly not. The Anti-Messiah is a Jew. Mussolini has some of the char acteristics of the Beast of Rev. 13, but not as many as the great Nap'oleon had. But we are not looking for the Beast, nor the Anti- Christ. We are looking for the Christ. His coming to US is the one bright star in the darkness of this night of growing apostasy. Nothing is so near to us as that Star—: so we say, “Come, Lord Jesus,” and seek to occupy “till He tome.” are distributed alphabetically, not at random, but by sev ens; thus words under the first three letters have 84 let ters, 12 sevens; under the fourth letter, 7 ; under thé fifth and sixth, 21, or 3 sevens; under the eighth, 70, or 10 sevens; under the tenth, eleventh and twelfth, 21, or 3 sevens ; under the thirteenth, 7 ; under the fifteenth to the twenty-first, 49, or -7 sevens ; under the twenty-second, 7. It is thus clear that this part of the genealogy is con structed on an elaborate design of sevens. “Let us now turn to the genealogy as a whole,” says Mr. Panin. “I will not weary your readers with recount ing all the numerical phenomena displayed therein. Pages alone would exhaust them. . I will point out only one feature. The Greeks had no figures, but used instead the letters of their alphabet. Their first letter stood for 1 ; their second for 2, etc. Every Greek word is thus an arithmetical sum, obtained by adding the values of its let ters. The vocabulary of the entire genealogy contains 72 words. I f we write its numerical value against each of these 72 words, and add them, we obtain for their sum 42,364, or 6,052 sevens ; and these 6,052 sevens are dis tributed alphabetically, not at random, but by sevens.” P lan R uns T hrough E ntire S tory It is thus clear that not only are the first eleven verses of this genealogy constructed on an elaborate design of sevens, but the entire genealogy is also thus constructed. One other feature : The 72 vocabulary words of this gene alogy occur in 90 forms. If we add the numerical values of these 90 forms, we get 54,075, or 7,725 sevens, with corresponding distribution into 7 alphabetical groups of sevens. There is not, however, a single paragraph out of the hundreds in Matthew that is not constructed on exactly the same plan, only with each additional paragraph the

What length of time they will take, we do not know. The coming Prince is evidently at the head of the Roman Empire when he makes the covenant with Israel. This will take time. So if the Lord comes in 1927, it does not follow that His Appearing will take place in 1934. T he L ong -S uffering of T he L ord The Apostle Peter gives the final word. His answer to the scoffers who ask : “Where is the promise of His coming ?” is conclusive. “The longsuffering of the Lord is salvation,” for “He is not willing that any should per ish.” We are in the days of the Lord’s longsuffering. There is no limit to them. The 40 days; of Nineveh’s grace reached into years. There will come a moment when the last stone will be placed on the Temple ; when the last member will be baptized into “One Body” ; when the Church shall have reached the stature of the fulness of “The Christ.” Then the Lord will come, and the dead in Christ will be raised, and the living changed, and all caught up together to meet the Lord in the air. WHAT I F IT W ER E TODAY ! Nearly 19 centuries ago His voice came from Heaven: “Behold, I come quickly!” The Bride responded: “Amen! ¥ HE proofs of verbal inspiration of the Scriptures are internal, self-authenticating and positive, and are as numerous as the verba composing them. Why light a candle to see if the sun is shining? It is not our purpose here to write a lengthy treatise upon inspiration. Permit us, however, known as the “numerical miracle.” All students of Scripture know the significance of the complete and perfect number “seven,” as constantly used throughout the Bible. Mr. Ivan Panin, a well-known Bible scholar, as well as several other careful investi gators, has scientifically proven the verbal inspiration of the Scriptures, through what is called “Bible Num erics,” ' The first seventeen verses of the New Testament, for instance, contain the genealogy of Jesus Christ. The genealogy consists of two parts. Verses 1-11 contain the genealogy of Abraham, the father of the Jewish people, to the captivity, when the Jews ceased to be an indepen dent people. Verses 12-17 contain the genealogy from the captivity to Christ. Let us examine the first part of this genealogy. Its vocabulary has 49 words, or 7 sevens, of which 42, or 6 sevens, are nouns; and 7 are not nouns. Of the 42 nouns, 35, or 5 sevens, are proper names, and 7 are com mon nouns. Of the 35 proper names, 28, or 4 sevens, are male ancestors of Jesus, and 7 are not. V alues of G reek L etters Mr. Panin shows that the 49 words of the vocabulary are distributed alphabetically thus: Words under the first five letters of the Greek alphabet are 21 in number, or 3 sevens; under the second five letters, 14, or 2 sevens; under the next eleven letters, also 14, or 2 sevens. Again: These words have 266 letters, or 38 sevens, and these also
