W e’ve set some ambitious goals.

We’re keeping our aspirations clear and simple – our rule of 5 by 2025… We’ll achieve our 5 year plan if we reach: 1. £500m in revenue 2. 50,000 customers 3. 5,000 employees globally 4. 50 eNPS score for employee engagement 5. £5 million of revenue for social impact as a result of delivering the above

Our Operating Model

At Ideagen, we operate under a Regional Model across our 3 key revenue generating geographies...

NORAM | EMEA | ANZ North America | Europe, Middle East & Africa | Australia & New Zealand.

A regional model means that each of these regions will operate more autonomously, tailoring strategies and decisions to better suit local markets and customers. This modelallows us to be more responsive, agile, and competitive in each region, driving growth and improving customer satisfaction in support of our current theme:Flawless Execution.

ESG- Environmental Social Governance

Sustainability is extremely important to Ideagen. As the rest of the world is becoming increasingly invested in key environmental and social issues it is essential that Ideagen ensures the correct policies and procedures are in place to tackle these issues which are going to become progressively more important in the next few years. It is vital that our products reflect not only our financial goals, but our sustainability goals. It is also imperative that our solutions which help our customers to also track and measure their ESG and sustainability commitments are helping make the world a better and more ESG-friendly place
