In 2024, we advanced our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint by reaching net-zero Scope 2 emissions and diverting over one hundred tons of internal waste from landfills. We expanded our certified product offerings and launched our first carbon-neutral leather — milestones that deepen our commitment to transparency and circular innovation. And through the dedication of our people, we strengthened our Community Outreach program and invested in employee wellness, ensuring that the well-being of our teams and neighbors remains at the heart of our work. Sustainability is not a single destination — it’s a mindset that guides every decision we make. Each achievement in this report reflects our belief that progress is built through steady action and shared responsibility.
