IMPACT THROUGH SERVICE
Giveback Day is an annual event where we close for regular business and take our energy into the community together. Our employees have the opportunity to make a positive impact and learn more about the challenges facing their community and the organizations that rise to meet them. This event is a favorite among our employees and provides extremely meaningful results.
We believe in community, and our ability to work together as a team is a valuable asset when it comes to delivering service. Through our Community Outreach Program, serving our community not only benefits our neighbors but also provides a deeper connection with each other. One of our Core Values is to “Do the right thing” and through this program we aim to put that into action. In 2024 we expanded our Community Outreach Program to include small team ½ day service projects throughout the year, benefiting multiple local non-profits.
