VALVOLA DI REGOLAZIONE BBZK CON BARRIERA VAPORE Una barriera di vapore collocata tra il corpo valvola e la parte pneumatica consente di ottenere una sicura separazione fra prodotto all’interno della valvola e l’ambiente esterno, garantendo l’asetticità del prodotto sfruttando l’effetto termico del vapore. BBZK REGULATING VALVE WITH STEAM BARRIER A steam barrier placed between the valve body and the pneumatic part allows for a safe separation between the product inside the valve and the external environment, guaranteeing the asepticity of the product by exploiting the thermal effect of the steam.

VALVOLA DI REGOLAZIONE BBZK CON DIAFRAMMA L’impiego di un diaframma in PTFE Gylon®consente di migliorare le prestazioni della valvola anche ad alte temperature (fino a 150°C) aumentando l’efficienza dell’impianto. L’applicazione del diaframma assicura l’asetticità della valvola consentendo il totale isolamento dei componenti a contatto con il prodotto dall’ambiente esterno. BBZK REGULATING VALVE WITH DIAPHRAGM The use of a Gylon® PTFE diaphragm ensures maximum operating performance at high temperature (up to 150°C) and improved valve efficiency. The diaphragm guarantees a sterile valve, allowing the total isolation of components in contact with the product and the external environment.
