International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) is committed to providing culturally sensitive services of the highest quality. It strives to create an environment that is conducive to a successful educational, personal, and professional experience. ISSS serves the university’s international population and campus units through advising, immigration services, programming, advocacy, and outreach.
Korean Student Association KSA is dedicated to making a difference in the Champaign-Urbana community and helping Korean students achieve their goals at UIUC and beyond. KSA hosts career fairs, provides members with opportunities for volunteer work and language/cultural diffusion, as well as social events to engage with both other Korean students as well as non-Korean students.

Japanese Conversation Table The Japanese Conversation Table (JCT) provides a space for Japanese learners and native speakers to interact in a casual, friendly setting. It is also a place for professional and career networking.
International Illini International Illini is an organization that promotes the joining of international students and study abroad returnees through social and cultural events. It highly values highly value the development of the diversity on campus and is committed to provide international students, study abroad returnees, and even domestic students with the opportunity to learn more about the people and culture of those countries where exchange/international students come from. The Indian Graduate Students Association is one of several groups promoting India’s rich and ancient culture on campus. It aims aim to inform and educate students about India and foster healthy appreciation of its diversity, ultimately enriching the campus experience of all.
ISSS35 ISSS35 offers programs and events
ISSSTRAINS ISSSTRAINS take intercultural theory and international experience and help students develop global competence right where they are. ISSSTRAINS helps to ensure that students’ competence translates well in their diverse teams, and as they serve diverse, international teams. addressing four distinct areas: Uniquely Global, Uniquely USA, Uniquely Illinois, and the New International Student Experience (NISE). Categories include cultural exchange and educational themes for the purpose of enriching and transforming the international student and scholar experience at Illinois, all while creating memories to last a lifetime.
Korean Liberal Arts Students Organization (KLASO)
KLASO is an organization for Korean students in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences and the Gies College of Business. It provides an outstanding social network for LAS and business majors to share information and ideas.
Minorities in Health Sciences Minorities in Health Sciences is here to provide guidance and academic support to students pursuing a health-related field. It assists health major students by providing opportunities and activities that will enhance their qualifications and increase competitiveness in the application process for graduate and health schools. Minorities in Health Sciences works to create an environment where each of its members can feel welcome and achieve their academic and professional goals through volunteering opportunities, socials, workshops, guest speakers, student panels, and leadership opportunities.
