Job Title: Director of Estates Services and Capital Projects School/Service: Estates Services Grade: Management / Locally Determined Contract Responsible to: Chief Operating Officer Responsible for: Estates Services
Job Purpose: Leadership of Estates Services and Capital Projects function ensuring it works effectively to deliver to the achievement of the University’s strategic objectives and overall financial viability. Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1. To be the custodian of the implementation of the University Estates Strategy. 3.
