and man, the evil seed-sower; false doctrines and wicked men, the Devil’s seed; outwardly, great world progress and advancement, but inwardly, the leaven working and the whole lump be ing leavened; the climax in the judg ment, when there is the eternal separa tion of the good and bad. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. PRACTICAL POINTS (1) The greatness, glory and grace of the all-inclusiveness of God’s kingdom is given in 1 Chron. 29:11. (2) In the person of Christ it is the purpose of God to conform in character and conduct every be liever. (3) It is the business of believers to sow good seed. Heaven will take care of the harvest. (4) There is no fence to the field. It is a world-wide work. Better get your working clothes on. (5) There is a tremendous chatter of birds in the branches, but they are foul fowls. (6) Whj should a good woman seek to hide a good principle? (7) The lump is well leavened now. Better beware! (8) Israel is His earthly treasure, and they shall be as the sand of the seashore in number. (9) With His precious blood He pur chased the pearl of great price, and its place is in His diadem. (10) Jesus settles the question about the everlasting fire in the fur nace, and the words of the higher critics can never wipe them out.

A Puritan minister learned Sihhs wrote a booklet called “The Bruised Reed.” A copy of this was given by a humble layman to a little hoy, at whose father’s house he had been entertained overnight. The boy was Richard Bax ter, and the hook was the means of his conversion. Baxter wrote his “Call to the Unconverted,” and among the multi tude led to Christ by it was Phillip Dod- dredge. Doddredge wrote “The Rise and Progress of Religion in the Soul”, and its influence has blessed thousands. By it Wilberforce was converted, and of his life volumes could he written. Wilberforce wrote “Practical. View of Christianity”, and this led not only Dr. Chalmers into the truth but Leigh Rich mond to Christ. Richmond wrote “The Dairyman’s Daughter” which has been published in a hundred languages and many millions sold. The greatest illustration of the growth of the kingdom is found in the Kingdom itself; beginning with a Babe in a manger, then twelve disciples, then seventy sent forth, then five hundred brethren on Mount Olivet, five thousand on the day of Pentecost, and millions now are in the Kingdom. “Except a man be born again he cannot see the Two boys knelt in a pastor’s study.
