For Final Suggestions, Half Seek a Range of Ideas (usually more/better communications, and more activities)

 Overall, 49% are unable to offer any further suggestions or ideas for the NPD. The rest (51% overall) most often offer:  Improved management/administration (26%, usually better awareness of programs/events and facilities)  Programs and events (24%, especially K-12 programs, followed by providing more high demand programs that usually fill fast, and more for adults)  Parks and trails (18%, especially more trails and connectivity, better park maintenance)  Buildings and facilities (18%, mostly indoor pool/aquatic)  Location or access issues (16%, more facilities in south Naperville, more parking, easier access in general)  Nature programs are among the top suggestions for youth and adults ages 18-59 (an opportunity to link to the NPDs efforts on this core value).  Sports/athletics/fitness suggestions dominate for ages 5 and up, especially:  Swimming, tennis, and many team sports for those aged 5 to 18  Fitness and exercise for adults in general and active older adults, followed by team sports (including pickleball)  Ideas for active older adults also tend to include trips and outings, educational programs such as language and financial education classes, and game events.
