NPD Value

The District’s strong value rating has remained relatively consistent over time and remains comparable to value scores from similar agencies (based on the 2013 benchmark).  Over a third (38%) now rate the District an “excellent” value overall, while fewer than one out of ten think it is a “poor” value.
