NPD Park/Facility Usage

Residents who report less satisfaction and/or who offer a reason for a lower satisfaction score (n=45) cite a range of issues or concerns.  Residents most often cite issues with maintenance at park locations such as the Riverwalk, followed by accessibility issues (parking or hours of operations) at various facilities.  Other comments include safety concerns as well as park/playground updates and facility suggestions.
