Top Outdoor Facility Priority
In terms of the #1 outdoor priority, trails continues to dominate with 38% of the response -- more than three times the response for the #2 amenity (picnic areas/shelters). Note that the top four outdoor amenities – trails, picnic areas/shelters, splash pads/spray parks, and open space – are already seen as being mostly or completely available (essentially meeting this high demand). The remaining outdoor features are deemed “most important” to five percent or fewer residents.
