2022 Community Interest and Opinion Survey

NPD Programs/Events: Satisfaction

Among those who report recently participating in an NPD program or event, satisfaction with these experiences remains very high.

 Nearly half (45%) are completely satisfied, and 88% overall are at least somewhat satisfied.  By comparison, only 2% express dissatisfaction and the rest (10%) gave neutral scores.  The overall average rating of 8.0 is statistically identical to the 8.1 from the 2017 survey (no change over time).  For the most part, these ratings are consistent across subgroups with slightly higher scores coming from those in the NW (averaging 8.3) and SE regions (8.2), and lower (but still very positive) ratings from the NE (7.0).
