Open Space Considerations/Recommendations • Including the Springbrook Golf Course acreage, this Planning area meets its open space service level. Removing this from the total reveals a large deficiency in open space for this area. • Because of the Land Cash Ordinance, this area is sufficient in Neighborhood Parks. • Acquisition efforts for a Community Park (or parks) should be assigned a high priority and consistent with land acquisition criteria.
