On a technical front, the podium, has a mix of grass, owering shrubs, such as Zoysia Japonica, Cynodon Dactylon, Cassia Fistula, Brownea coccinea and some variants of bougainvillea. Strategically placed aromatic plants like Michelia Champaca, Cestrum Noctunum, Plumeria spp. and some varieties of cus have be planted to reduce odours. A few more exotic and rare species of owering plants have been added for the aesthetic value of gardens. The soft-scaping of the podium, that included mixing mud and fertilizers, creating mounds for short trees, plantations and grassing was carried within a span of 6-months. Seasonal plants that demand extra-care are nurtured at our nursery. In fact, we encourage all our customers to go visit the nursery.
