Dr. Bryan Johnson Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Strategy Officer, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga
Dr. Bryan Johnson, a native of Nashville, has dedicated much of his career to public education, serving as a teacher, school administrator and district administrator. In July of 2023, Dr. Johnson was appointed executive vice chancellor and chief strategy officer at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he will provide crucial counsel on the university’s current strategic plan, as well as provide leadership for the development of the 2025-2030 strategic plan.
Most recently, Johnson served as chief transformation officer for U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc., supporting the technology and management teams across the enterprise. From 2017 to 2021, he served as superintendent of Hamilton County Schools, which educates 45,000 students across 78 schools. During his tenure, Hamilton County Schools became the fastest-improving school district in Tennessee. Johnson is known as a visionary and recognized for leading bold change. In his first year as Hamilton County Schools superintendent, he announced the launch of Future Ready Institutes, which are career-themed academies across high schools. In 2020, the national publication EdWeek recognized him as a “Leader to Learn From” for this effort. Before coming to Chattanooga, Johnson spent 10 years in the Clarksville (Tennessee) Montgomery County School System, rising to chief academic officer. He has degrees from Austin Peay State University, Belmont University, and Trevecca University, where he earned a doctorate in educational leadership. ORANGE IS THE ANSWER . Teresa Rose is the executive director at Communities Foundation of Oklahoma, where she helps people and foundations thrive, grow, and contribute to causes meaningful to them. She has spent her career serving others and improving her community, holding a variety of executive positions, including senior leadership roles at Oklahoma City
Community Foundation and Chesapeake Energy Corporation. Her expertise in community relations, government affairs, philanthropy, and legal matters, combined with her heart for giving, enable her to provide individuals, families and organizations with guidance and options as they choose the best way to approach giving. Serving the donors of over 900 donor driven and scholarship funds and more than twenty community funds, Teresa supports and guides impact giving across the state. Teresa earned both her bachelor’s and her law degrees from Oklahoma City University. She practiced law for several years, traveling the state and representing school districts in 150 different communities.

Dr. Gayla Lutts, Ed.D. CEO and Superintendent, Canadian Valley Technology Center
Dr. Lutts began her educational career as a high school Family and Consumer Sciences teacher because she had career tech teachers who positively impacted her life. In 1999, Dr. Lutts further ignited her passion for serving students and Oklahoma Career Tech at Canadian Valley Technology Center as the hospitality and retail services instructor. She joined CV Tech’s administration in 2009 after completing her master’s degree, committed to empowering and valuing CV Tech staff and students. Later in 2013, on the
eve of becoming the Campus Director, a tornado destroyed the El Reno campus. Dr. Lutts immediately took on the duties of a Campus Director, but also those of a project manager as she oversaw the rebuilding of the El Reno campus. Dr. Lutts was named the Deputy Superintendent of Canadian Valley Technology Center in January 2016. In July 2018, she completed her doctoral degree and officially became the first female Superintendent of Canadian Valley Technology Center. She is committed to life-long learning for herself and others. Because of her hard work and passion, she has received numerous awards as a teacher and administrator throughout her career – from “Teacher of the Year” to “Woman of the Year” and she was most recently named to the Journal Record, Power List; Most Influential Oklahomans for 2022.

Dr. Pam Stinson Provost / Vice President of Academic Affairs, Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City
Dr. Pam Stinson began her career in higher education teaching English at Northern Oklahoma College, where she later served as division head for language arts, associate VP and then vice president for academic affairs. She came to OSU-OKC in December of 2021 to serve as provost and vice president of academic affairs. In both institutions, she has co-chaired institutional strategic planning as well as serving as accreditation liaison, peer reviewer, and member of the Institutional Actions Council for the Higher Learning
Commission. She also serves on the board for ACAO, a national association of chief academic officers.
Devon is committed to STEM education to help develop our future leaders. Devon has opened 120 STEM centers in elementary schools in Oklahoma City; Kingfisher, Oklahoma; Douglas, Wyoming; Cuero, Texas; Carlsbad and Roswell, New Mexico; and 47 STEM centers in Tulsa, impacting more than 100,000 students. Dr. Jeanie Webb was appointed by the Rose State College Board of Regents to serve as the institution’s seventh president. As a gifted 21st century leader, Dr. Webb brings more than 25 years of experience in higher education as an accomplished administrator and dedicated faculty member.
