able the Association to evolve to meet its member- ship’s needs, responsibilities he took on when he stepped into the role of interim president after the departure of Robb Frimming, FTA’s former presi- dent, earlier this year. Through The Ranks Pareso joined the FTA in 2013 as Managing Editor of FLEXO Magazine. In 2017, he was promoted to the role of Content Manager and Digital Strategist, expanding his responsibilities tied to content cre- ation and assuming oversight of FTA’s website and digital properties. In 2019, he added the Association’s marketing to his scope with his promotion to Director of Content and Digital Strategy. And in 2020, he was elevated to Vice President, working alongside then-FTA President Mark Cis- ternino to lead the Association’s daily operations and guide its long-term strategy. Pareso has degrees in journalism and economics, as well as a minor in business administration, from Pennsylvania State University.
