Gingerbread Fun in Kindergarten! The kindergarten hallway was full of holiday cheer this week as each kindergarten student decorated their very own gingerbread house! The activity was part of a gingerbread-themed unit, and it gave students a chance to be creative while practicing important skills. The excitement was contagious and every house was unique and full of personality! To make the experience even more special, students received a 3D-printed gingerbread man. Printed in the classroom! These little figures weren’t just cute; they became a big part of our learning. Students used them to retell classic gingerbread stories and even as inspiration for their writing. It was amazing to see how a simple object could spark so much imagination and storytelling. The project blended art, technology, and literacy in a way that felt festive and fun. The smiles on the students’ faces said it all—learning can be magical !
