Elvira Illiano-Trovato will oversee day-to-day operations and marketing of organization TriState REALTORS ® Commercial Alliance Names New Executive Director CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — TriState REALTORS ® Commercial Alliance, a leading advocate and provider of continuing education for commercial real estate practitioners in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, today announced that Elvira Illiano-Trovato has been appointed to serve as the organization’s Executive Director.

In this role, Illiano-Trovato will oversee the day-to-day operations and marketing of the organization, which ca- ters to the professional needs of the region’s commercial real estate professionals through legislative advocacy, commercial-specific education, networking opportunities and other resources.

Prior to being promoted to Executive Director, Illiano-Trovato served the dual role of Membership Coordinator and Director of TriState’s Commercial Real Estate School, which helps brokers, agents, appraisers and investment advisors meet the continuing education qualifications that have been established in each state, and differentiates itself by offering courses specific to the topics of most importance to today’s commercial real estate practitioners.

“A valued member of the TriState team, Elvira has demonstrated the knowledge and leadership qualities that are necessary to over- see our growing organization,” stated J.
