Jersey arranged the sale of Pfizer Inc.’s 378,000 s/f research facility at 865 Ridge Rd. to Ridge Road Properties LLC. The Colliers International New Jersey team of executive managing director Joseph Nitti and senior managing director John Kainer executed the sale on behalf of the buyer, and has been retained as the building’s agent. The class A asset includes 128,000 s/f of laboratory space, a 60,000 s/f vivarium, and 70,000 s/f of office space. In a separate transaction, Colliers International New Jersey arranged a 20,888 s/f renewal for BT Americas, Inc., at 650 College Road East in Princeton. The company inked the renewal for its location on the third floor of the building. Colliers International’s Mi- chael Tesser, a senior manag- ing director, and John Cahill, a managing director, worked on behalf of BT. “We’re pleased that we were able to negotiate a renewal that would allow BT Americas to stay in their current space,” said Cahill. Tesser added that, “650 College Road East is a Class A building located close to downtown Princeton off of Route 1 and is the preeminent building in the business park. 650 College Road East remains NAI Hanson facilitates 29,167 s/f warehouse lease EDISON, NJ — NAI James E. Hanson represented the tenant in a 29,167 s/f lease transaction at 95 Ethel Rd. CDS, Inc., which warehous- es and distributes furniture, signed a deal to occupy the space. The company has been a tenant in this submarket for 15 years. “The site simply fit their needs,” said NAI Hanson vice president Barry Cohorsky, who represented CDS in the transaction. “It offers high ceilings with excellent load- ing and close proximity to all major roadways.” Steve Bartner of Embee As- sociates, Inc, represented the landlord.
