ORTH BERGEN, NJ — Cory 1st Choice Home Delivery leased 175,000 s/f at 5601 Westside Ave. in North Bergen. Stan Danzig, Jules Nissim, Stephen Elman and Cathy Bounczek, based at Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office, represented Cory in ne- gotiating the long-term lease. Hartz Mountain Industries owns the building. “Cory had been in its Eliza- beth facility for more than 40 years, and its needs had changed dramatically,” Danzig said. “Quite simply, it was time

for a more efficient, modern space with proximity to the company’s headquarters in Secaucus. The North Bergen
facility met these requisites.” According to BobAlter, Cory’s COO, the selection of 5601 Westside Ave. followed an ex-
tensive site search. “Stan and his team took us through a very thorough process,” he said. “We looked at 25-plus sites, and this
one became the clear choice. The location is tremendous; we are just five miles from the Lincoln Tunnel and strategi- cally positioned between I-95 and I-80.” In Teaneck, Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 5,646 s/f office lease with Mo- roch & Associates at The Atri- um at Glenpointe. The East Rutherford based Cushman & Wakefield team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan represented Glenpointe owner Alfred San- zari Enterprises, while Moroch & Associates was represented by Bruce Hecht of Swearingen Realty Group. Moroch &Associates, headed by president and founder Tom Moroch, has among its clients such companies and organiza- tions as McDonald’s, Midas, Western Union, Coca-Cola, Walt Disney Pictures, Sony Pictures, Columbia Pictures and Make-a-Wish, among many others. “What’s very important is the fact that this will be Mo- roch’s first office in New Jersey and the NY-NJ region,” said Baumstein. “The company is particularly well-known for its representation of McDonald’s, and that will be one of the clients served by this new of- fice.” “We chose this location in order to best serve the latest extension of our 30-year rela- tionship with McDonald’s and the NY Tri-State McDonald’s Owner/OperatorsAssociation,” said Rob Boswell, president and COO of Moroch & Associ- ates. “Our new office will be a convenient location for con- ducting business and hosting meetings.” “This amenity-based project continues to be one of Northern New Jersey’s prime corporate locations,” said Baumstein. “It is ideal for a company such as Moroch & Associates, which relies on face-to-face contact with its clients.” ■
