WELCOME TO OUR NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF DERRICK

We’re excited to welcome Chef Derrick Connor as the new Executive Chef at Frenchman’s Creek! Chef Derrick brings over 15 years of culinary leadership from top clubs, resorts, and restaurants across South Florida. Most recently, he led the kitchens at The Seagate in Delray Beach, and before that at the JW Marriott Turnberry in Miami. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for raising standards, creating memorable dining experiences, and mentoring strong culinary teams. As he steps into this role, Chef Derrick is not only focused on delivering exceptional dining for members—he’s also looking forward to enhancing the Employee Dining Room experience for all of us. His goal is to bring creativity, quality, and variety to every plate, whether served in the Clubhouse or The Hub. Please join us in welcoming Chef Derrick to the Frenchman’s Creek family.
