Your parcel is delivered to your customer by our chosen carrier – we manage the relationship so that we can monitor their delivery performance for you.
Our network is made up of 7 hubs across the UK. It’s a 24-hour, 6 day-a-week operation (7 days in peak periods), overseen by a dedicated management team who ensures everything runs smoothly day in, day out.
