In 2025, 41% of Atrium’s leadership roles were filled through internal promotions, while 23% of all roles companywide were filled through employee referrals—a reflection of the company’s commitment to investing in its people and fostering a culture where associates grow and succeed together. These results build on steady progress in internal mobility over the past several years. Atrium increased its internal promotion rate from 35% in 2023 to 40% in 2024, and again to 41% in 2025, underscoring the company’s focus on developing talent from within. Leadership roles include positions from supervisor through vice president, spanning both on-property and corporate teams.
