At Army Navy Country Club, we are committed to fostering growth, both within our team and in the broader global community. In January 2024, we took a bold step forward by purchasing a 9-unit apartment building to house J1 Visa workers on 12-month programs. This initiative aligns with our mission to provide meaningful opportunities while addressing staffing needs in a way that is mutually beneficial for both ANCC and the J1 participants. The apartment building initiative has brought tremendous valueto ANCC, providing J1 workers with a transformative experience that equips them with valuable skills and memories to take back to their home countries. Simultaneously, it has helped ANCC meet critical staffing needs, ensuring that our members continue to enjoy the exceptional service they expect. For our existing team, it’s been a chance to grow, lead, and innovate, creating a culture of progress and inclusivity.
