Size: 429,000 SF AmerisourceBergen, a Fortune 8 global healthcare com- pany, opened its new, 429,000 SF global headquarters in Conshohocken, PA in September 2021. The state-of-the-art building is part of SORA West, a multi-faceted project de- veloped by Keystone Development + Investment. The de- velopment includes a 127-key Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel, rooftop bar and lounge, public plaza, a 146-year-old historic firehouse reimagined into two dining experiences, and a 1,500-space public parking garage. The office tower was designed by architecture-firm Gensler to host 1,500 AmerisourceBergen employees. The building includes amenity-rich features such as tech-enabled conference and business centers, a fitness center, on-site dining services, a training facility, and an expansive gathering space on the lower floors. AmerisourceBergen is actively pursuing a LEED Silver certification for the interior and Keystone is pursuing LEED Silver for the core and shell.
