With this acquisition, Veloci- ty expands its overall industrial portfolio to north of 6,000,000 and over 300 tenants. “Huntingdon Glen is an- other example of Velocity’s ability to parachute into local markets and quickly aggre- gate significant market share in an offmarket approach. This acquisition represents our twelfth building purchase in Huntingdon Valley in the past two years, where we now partner with over 60 tenants. We are excited to continue to grow our relationship with Jeff and Jared Licht on this deal,” said Tony Grelli, Moore’s co-founding partner. NAI Mertz has been en - gaged by Velocity to manage all leasing on site, which is expected to result in a series of new leasing activity as well as renewals and expansions of existing tenants. MAREJ
