listed Northeastern Pennsyl- vania in the Top 10 Northeast Metro Areas in Economic De- velopment for the second year in a row. In addition, the Pennsylva- nia's Governor’s Action Team (GAT) Annual Report showed Northeastern Pennsylvania as the Commonwealth's Leader in Job Creation as a whole and in the manufacturing industry and regional and national headquarters. We are a leading region in the state and country in manufacturing and e-com- merce distribution and we expect that trend to continue in 2022 and beyond. NEPA has been fortunate to see a rise in manufacturing, healthcare, and international prospects as well. We believe our strategic location, reliable utilities, low operating costs, and dedicated workforce coupled with an amazing education network makes our region stand out amongst many other areas of the country. The results show that North- eastern Pennsylvania contin- ues to be a top location in the United States for companies looking to grow their business. While industrial land is becoming more expensive and harder to find across the country, plans are in place to deliver more than 20 million square feet in the next two years. So, keep an eye out for exciting announcements and opportunities that will be made in 2022!
