About the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s “Best of 2021” spotlight: This was a juried competition of submissions and nominations from our readership. Winners were select- ed based on the size of the deal or project submitted. Within each category, large, mid and small sized companies were honored. To qualify, projects or firms must be located in the Mid-Atlantic region, specifically New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
