IOREBA offers an outstanding array of edu - cational/networking events throughout the year such as De - velopers Night to be held March 28, 2022 at the Marriott at Glenpointe in Teaneck, NJ which offers an opportunity to en - gage with over 300 CRE industry professionals and includes a panel presentation and discussion with CRE experts. The annual Golf & Tennis Outing is scheduled for June 27, 2022 at the Morris County Golf Club. Membership in IOREBA offers the opportunity to access market information, network with other industry professionals such as brokers, developers and owners and cultivate strategic relationships. The association has continually evolved and expanded its offerings, design - ing useful programs for todays changing industry. Levin Management Corporation has established itself as a retail and retail real estate industry thought leader. Spanning a full decade, its Retail Sentiment Survey gauges the strength of the retail industry from a street-level perspective. Levin’s marketing team polls the store managers of the firm’s 1,000+ retail tenants three times annually, gathering information on current sales and traffic numbers, and on performance expectations. The surveys also ask timely questions about hiring patterns, ecommerce and technology, holiday shopping, key events and other socio- economic factors that may be influencing progress. Results are analyzed and shared with key stakeholders – including property owners and tenants – and are regularly published by leading media outlets.
