As exclusive managing and leasing agent for St. Georges Crossing, a 343,000 SF grocery- anchored shopping center inWoodbridge, NJ, LMC in 2021 oversaw an 11,000 SF buildout for one of the property’s newest national tenants: Ulta Beauty. The buildout was completed on time and within budget and demonstrates how LMC’s integrated services – in-house construction management along with traditional services such as property management and leasing – gives shopping center owners a distinct benefit when it comes to securing a prop - erty’s competitive advantage. The 2021 project is the latest in a series of LMC-spearheaded expansions and reworkings at the property in recent years.
This project consists of the renovation of a former bakery building into a 32,000 SF au - tomobile sales center and a new 3-story, 102,000 SF state-of-the-art service center. This is the largest service center in the Philadelphia area featuring storage space for over 500 automobiles, three enclosed service drives, and four express service bays. Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia was built in the Grays Ferry neighborhood of Philadelphia-across the Schuykill River-directly off Interstate 76 making it the first car dealership not built in the auto mall.
