We have many great musicians in Minnesota, but going to live events is not very accessible. I don’t like crowds, my mom is in a wheelchair. There are many reasons that attending a concert is not an option. So getting TPT to record live concerts is a great benefit to the community and allows a more diverse audience to enjoy our local music scene.

Relish Premiering exclusively on the PBS App in May, our fifth season of “Relish,” hosted by Chef Yia Vang, offered a new and expanded version of the series featuring six 30-minute episodes. Chef Vang visited and cooked with 12 chefs and/or food entrepreneurs, including Sean Sherman (founder of the Sioux Chef and Owamni), Milissa Silva (El Burrito Mercado), Aubry and Kale Walch (Herbivorous Butcher), and Orest and Nick Kramarczuk (Kramarczek’s). Certain to make audiences crave a global culinary adventure right in their backyard, the series later premiered on broadcast and on YouTube in fall 2024.
