sales, and our aim is to sell 20% of the units off-plan with our pre-marketing initiatives.

Launch Day and the Show Home The bulk of the interest and sales are likely to occur once the show home and majority of the development are completed. We have excellent contacts to help create a winning show home, with bespoke furniture, staging and lighting.

Deposits and closing the sale We will liaise with your solicitors to ensure the best buyers are chosen and deposits promptly taken, and will stay in contact until completion.
